What is Instant Orthodontics?

It's when thin pieces of durable, tooth shaped porcelain, called veneers, are placed over the front of your teeth. How long does the Instant Orthodontics process take?

The typical Instant orthodontics process involves three procedures over the course of about a month. The first appointment is an initial consult. During this appointment the procedure will be explained to you and a timetable will be determined. The second procedure is where the mold of your teeth is made. This mold is used to create the veneers. During this procedure your teeth will be lightly shaved down to accommodate the thickness of the porcelain veneers. After the teeth are shaved down a mold of the teeth are taken. The mold is then sent to a dental laboratory and in about three weeks you'll return to the dentist and the veneers will be permanently bonded to your teeth.

Am I a candidate for Instant Orthodontics?

In order for Instant Orthodontics to work, your bite must be healthy. This is something which your dentist will determine during your initial consultation. If your bite and/or jaw are not healthy, your dentist will discuss other options with you.
